A proud alumni of the University of Victoria, I worked with my Father, a former accountant and financial advisor, for several years before branching off on my own. At the outset of my career I observed the disjointed and biased financial advice being offered without any understanding of the underlying financial goals. When I launched Clearpath Financial Planners in 2013, my goal was to help successful business owners and professionals get organized in all 6 areas of their financial lives through comprehensive financial planning.
Integrating the CFP® code of ethics and practices into my planning I help our clients gain clarity around their financial goals and not only create but implement their personalized plan to achieve their version of success. Olive Carodan
After spending most of her career teaching Science to grade 3 students, Olive decided to take her skills to the financial planning industry. Olive is passionate about helping people and we are lucky to have her as a Rockstar Client Service Manager. She helps keep our team organized, coordinates appointments, and ensures we are accountable in implementing the agreed upon plan.
Olive was born and raised in Isabela Philippines before immigrating to Canada in 2017. She is a proud mom to her soccer loving son James and a devout parishioner of her Church.
When she’s not helping clients, you can find Olive dining with her son James, listening to classic country music, enjoying a romance novel, or catching up on the latest Korean drama show.

Howard has 10 years of specialized experience and expertise in the group benefits industry. He understands the intricacies of group benefits and believes the key to providing healthy sustainable benefits is explaining the inner workings of a plan not only to HR/CFO/CEO, but to members as well. His mission is to help shift valuable time from you, and spend time to educate members about benefits, so you can focus on your business.
Partnered with a market research and benefits analysis team, Howard provides customized benefits for organizations from small to large. Along with providing detailed renewal analysis and market survey to employers, he presents to employees as well to ensure the end-users are happy.
